If you see this message, it typically means there’s a network issue and the app couldn’t upload your photos to our servers. Here’s what to do:
- Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
- Make sure you're in an area with a strong signal.
- Reopen the app and go to the affected vehicle order — it should automatically retry uploading.
- If the issue continues, tap the photo and manually retry the upload.
