CarCutter Hub supports different user roles with varying levels of access:
- Admins: Complete control over the workspace, can manage all users roles and access all locations
- Local Managers: Access to specific locations assigned by admins. Only admins can invite local managers to the CarCutter Hub. Let’s say your group consists of 3 locations, and you have one manager per location. You can assign them the local manager role and provide them with access to a given location. Consequently, they will have a filtered view of their inventory and their global metrics, only showcasing data they really care about.
Local managers can invite photographers to locations they have access to. - Photographers: No access to the CarCutter Hub. Photographers can only use the CarCutter mobile app. Admin and Local Managers can invite photographers to CarCutter. The photographer will receive an email to create their password. Those credentials insure better security on the mobile app and let the Admins and Local Managers track photographers' performance.
